Going Goth

There is something about these insanely cool Gothic letter charms by Jennifer Fisher that makes me want to transform into Jenny Humphrey on Gossip Girl—smokey eyes, attitude and all. I love all creations by this designer who started her line when she couldn't find a personalized charm to wear with her son's name on it. Now the line has grown to include bracelets, rings, charms and necklaces in white, rose and yellow gold with diamonds, green sea pearls and studs. Obsessed much—yes!

A few more JF pieces I'm craving at this time of year... Boo!

I'm suddenly feeling the need to have some white framed shades... and a high pony.

Mad About Wendy

Designer, author and successful business woman, Wendy Mullins is the brains behind this sweet and demure line—Built By Wendy. After starting the line in '91 as a college student, the genius (aka Wendy Mullins) built a cult following among musicians, actors, stylists and comedians—you can catch her designs on many of Sophia Coppola's movies, well, because they're buddies...sigh...tre cool.

Shades

I'm on the hunt for some new shades and I came across these 70s inspired aviators by KBL Eyewear. I can picture it now, "Slow Ride" playing, wind blowing in my hair while driving a stingray (with one hand of course) and wearing my KBL shades.

Out of Office: On safari

In The Club

Oh so pretty—and affordable! Club Monaco has vintage style jewelry right now that is perfect for mixing with pearls or some gold pieces. The wide cuffs and bracelets are screaming to be layered and worn together. Gotta love the Club!

So Hot

Los Angeles designer Kimberly Ovitz launched her modern yet feminine line last Spring and I can't get enough of it! The designer formerly worked for Ya Ya and 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent before going out on her own. The lady has some serious taste, I can't wait to see more from her.

Lucky Charms

Who? Me? Obsessed? Guilty. Love Rocks NY is a collection of 14K gold and platinum rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings with micro sized diamonds in fun designs and initials. I'm dying for the delicate bangles with teeny tiny diamonds and cool double rings with a jagged diamond encrusted design. Something my jewelry box is definitely lacking—diamonds, diamonds, diamonds!

Good Jeans

Current/Elliott The Boyfriend Cropped Jean GoldSign His Jean Boyfriend Jeans
Silly boys. Baggy jeans aren't just for lazy ragamuffin males. We can wear them too, and look better in them. Like when we pair them with a sexy heel—that's right, your putty in our hands now!—or get sassy with some bad girl booties. Either way we take the cake when it comes to our denim... it's in our jeans. Girls rule, boys drool.

Sugar Miles An Hour

Ah-yeah. This might be the best thing EVER! Located in the Bay Area Cupkates, circles Berkeley and Oakland every day spreading the mouth-watering joy of these frosted goodies—also known as cupcakes, my favorite choice of dessert. Made fresh everyday with quality ingredients like madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Guittard chocolate and pure sweet cream butter and milk, these treats come in flavors like Red Velvet, S'mores, Lemon Raspberry, pumpkin spice and more. The Chef, Kate, is a former editor at Dwell and my personal hero. I heart Cupkates.

The Mrs.

My sissy tied the knot over the weekend in Montecito at the Valley Club. Her southern themed wedding might have been one of the most fun and relaxed I've been to with sweet charm and details that reflected her and the Mr. From her glamorous Audrey Hepburn bun and romantic dress to the white rose and hydrangea centerpieces and gifts of mini Southern Comfort bottles with a handmade ceramic shot glass made by our brother, the picture was perfectly them. Pics to come from the talented Alyssa Nicol.

Baggage

Worthy of causing a level 10 shopping fever, Bird handbags is a collection of large clutches and hobos in exotic skins like ostrich, snake and lamb—in insanely beautiful colors, check out the emerald green—and other materials like Guatemalan wedding shirts. Former model and actress Liz Carey is the brains behind the line which was inspired by affluent hippies.
